What I have learned by observing the top producers in this
firm, is that in order to create a "Deal Environment" one must believe
and promote the idea that Buyer and Seller will have a meeting of the minds. Once
that Agreement is reached, it must be reinforced again and again all the way to
Settlement. The road to Settlement is paved with creative solutions discovered by
careful listening to each party.
